Clan member having trouble with TS channel

Hi all,
Have a clan member logging on to our Multiplay TS channel and getting this error "Error 1400, window handle not compatible" and also got "Error 16001"?
He has just re-installed windows and is getting these probs, if he has TS running when in Battlefield is, it is unplayable, if he quits TS
BF is fine?

Ive checked the TeamSpeak site but not much info there since they have changed the site.

Anyone seen this error b4?

I don't know what those error codes are, suggest the teamspeak forum for ideas on them. As for the lag then I reckon bandwidth is the issue here.

1) What's his connection speed.
2) What's the TS codec?

He is on ADSL and we use the upgraded codec on our server, found a couple of threads on the TS forum of the prob see if they sort it.

BF is bandwidth heavy, sounds likely he's suffering from just not enough BW.
