Thinking of buying DOW, but just wondered what kinda playing time you can get out of Mp in a single match?

Just thinking about games of Zero hour you can have which can last hours on end.
Obviously its going to depend on the skill of your opposition though.

Multiplayer has a decent community already and a decent mix of intermediate and advanced players. Typically games with good players will be shorter than beginner and intermediates so you won't tech up to advance units.

Long games are an hour, short games last minutes.

They don't tend to go on forever because you have a unit caps on squads and vehicles which means you need to choose what to kill in order to tech.

IMO it's a natural progression from generals even though it feels very warcraft 3.

I would say it's worth it if you enjoyed generals because all the .BFC. guys that liked gens like it...

Just remember, they did include a nice ignore button for those idiots in the lobbys that get into constant spamfests.
