Ok i've got 3 pc's now so I brought adsl modem the DSL-300t and a router which is the DI-604, I got it all up and running and i'm on the net but a couple of probs have started to pop up, first things first is torrent storm the led status is yellow, which means the firewall is blocking it so, I went on the dlink web site and looked up how to let the ports threw, so I did that but its still the same so I need to know the ports for torrent storm, also my pings in gaming are kinda high ut2k4 100-150 counter strike source 300 medal of honor 100-150, also after while when I go on firefox and go on a site it times out or looking at game severs on my gaming pc they dont appear so I clicked repair on local area connection and its fine after that I dont know alot about routers and firewalls that much thats why i've posted here if any one can help it would be great, as I dont wanna waste my phone bill on some stupid answe machine. :D

Firstly, try some punctuation. These guys , . ! ' " and : are your friends. Don't forget them.
Anyway, a few possibilities:
1. Forward ports. In the admin section of the router, there should be the option to forward ports to internal IPs. As you know, one IP address can have many thousands of ports within it; think of it like rooms in a big building. If you address something for one of the rooms it'll get through. If you just leave it with the doorman, he won't know what to do with it. Same goes with the router, you need to forward the ports for bittorrent through to your internal IP, which is probably something like 192.168.0.x - click start, run, type CMD. Click OK. Type IPconfig /all and press return. This will tell you.
Bittorrent ports differ according to the client you are using, so you'll need to consult the documentation and look for help regarding port forwarding and NAT.
2. Add your PC to the DMZ. The De-Militarised Zone is bascially where ports are first forwarded to, but you will need a firewall enabled on your PC to be safe. This is usually the most reliable solution as I used to place my PC in the DMZ to make things work.
Hope this is useful.
