Would help if you could post the server which is cauing you problems or the game.

If it's Call of Duty UO, i beleive most people have noticed a increase in response times.

Also running <a href="http://winmtr.sourceforge.net">Winmtr</a>

And sending results to clanservers@multiplay.co.uk will also aid in results of your problem

What follows is a shameless cut and paste.

Download http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/winmtr_bin.zip it is a connection diagnostic tool.
Unzip it. Run it. In the HOST box, enter the IP address of your server without the port number.
Let it run for at least 10 mins while you play your game. If after you are finished you experienced ping problems, stop the trace, and click Export TEXT. Save the file and send it as an attachment to clanservers@multiplay.co.uk We can then proceed from there.
.

Phoning up AOL tech support is next to useless unless you have some form of evidence to back up your complaint. These types of call centres will ALWAYS deny it is anything to do with them unless you can prove otherwise.

If you run those tests, we will be able to determine where in the network you are experiencing issues and if there is anything we or AOL can do about it.

Ive been having the same problem.

I ran the traceroute program and its showing that im connecting to multiplay via New York. for me this happens from time to time rarther then all the time.

Talking to AOL is like talking to a brick wall. Also Asking about on my clans server there are allot of other AOL users with the same problem. but it only seems to be AOL users.

If you or other friends of yours are bing routed via new york, then you need to take this up with your ISP. AOL are NOT a reliable ISP for gamers. They are a family oriented ISP and only care about web surfing. They do not care about or make any promises your connection will be suitable for gaming.

Im sorry but there is nothing we can do to help you.
