Running X800 XT on Catalyst Control Centre version 1.0.1698.24142 (Can't see a catalyst 3.x version number anywhere now). Made a couple of tweaks to D3 as per this months CustomPC (some cache settings) and run in Ultra 1280x1024 with surround sound (but timedemo doesn't do sound anyway).
Get a very fair 55.5 frames/second.
Are these new new catalyst drivers with the AI optimizations available somewhere? It seems Doom 3 is the most beneficial game to run after installing them.
