Grabbing the file now. No release notes as of yet. Putting it up on MPUK FTP. So far it seems it fixes multiplayer sync issues between English and Foreign versions of the game.

Comedically enough this thing came out during my first ever multiplayer game last night. It was, install, connect to the net, have one game, reconnect to lobby, OMFG there's a patch.

That's definitely the fastest install to patch (ITP) time I've ever had on a new bought game :)
