I logged on to Multiplayer's public server DM1 deathmatch call of duty and was instantly kicked following a vote by the three players there (only three) who were all memnbers of the clan
^4[^7*1F].

Had they hired the server or were they kicking everyone who was not a member of their clan so they could hog the server? Usually the server is close to full but there were only 3 players.

no.. they were simply abusing the vote ability.

I popped on to see this, and they did it to me also without explaination... so I stopped the server, disabled voting and restarted it again
