Go for a Linksys Wireless Broadband Router. They're very reliable I know 3 people with them and haven't had any problems. Setup is good too.
So I'd recommend LINKSYS all the way.
Also make sure you buy 54mbps 802.11g on both bits of kit.

I use negear, it good reliable easy to set up with web interface, the G version on ebuyer comes with a free pcmcia card
I am getting the Super G version as my broadband router as its cheaper than the normal G version router
