2 New Jops Servers

ive added 2 smaller co op jops servers (10 Players), and will probably do the same to the exisiting Large co op server.

Something is odd on dedicated23, the servers loop out of the game and are left at the pick East/west international bit

Most annoying.

when i get more than 2 nano seconds of spare time i will try and fix it.

for now ive left up only the TKOTH server
