Dual Athlon 2800 XP setup
running at 2.2ghz
1.25gb PC2100ecc ram
on a tyan tiger mobo.
he is wanting £400

He is using 'pissy' 2100 ddr as it is all that the motherboard needs. It is rated for that memory only or slower. Back when that mobo came out, ECC DDR2100 cost a bomb, let alone ECC 2700. There would have been no benefits of 2700 support anyway due to the fact that it isn't geared for tweaking at all really, just rock solid performance.
We are going back upto 2 years now. I had a Tiger MP board. Trust me, that is all the ram they need.
