Switch/Routers

need a switch/router setup for uni house next year (connecting 1 PC (this one) and 1 Mac to either a DSL or NTL cable modem)...

Dont want to go over £50 (thats with VAT and postage etc.)...

Out of those three, I'd go with the middle one (Netgear router/switch).
I try to avoid "no-name" or unbranded equipment, and my personal experience is that Netgear equipment is better than Linksys.
