I do actually get people that cry at me when they are on the phone to me, concerning their Broadband.

But this wasnt real and if that was a call monitoring then It would be a fail for the Call handling as he let the consumer go off on a crying rant which would put your Average Handle Time up.

Was slightly amusing, but I get this all day, so It really doesnt amuse me that much

The thing that rattles me about custs, is that they argue with you, its like, ok I've been doing this job for how long? And your arguing with me? I know the friggin problem and I know how to fix it! its worked in countless other problems the same.

And I was looking today, on the timer after about 1 min 40 secs I knew the custs problem and was on the way to a fix and that is including about 40 secs for confirming security details.
