Wanted: 17" or larger TFT.

I will be playing games but I'm not a hardcore gamer who cares about refresh rates and response times an incredible amount, so I need a monitor which will play games decently but i don't need one which will do everything amazingly.

In my experience of gaming on TFT monitors I found that the graphics aren't as good and a normal CRT is always better. A lot of TFT monitor "ghost". Look up some reviews on google.

You can buy TFT monitors that don't ghost, or have very little ghosting affect, but these are normally around £600 :(

thanks for all the replies but it still hasnt answered if anyone has got a TFT for sale. I know that I would by any of the well known makes (Dell, Samsung, Philips, LG!, and liyama) Anyone know of places where you can get these for around the £150 mark? I can get them for £200 no problem but I'm a cheapskate so I need stuff cheap, thanks, Alex

I've seen some cheap ones on watford.co.uk, also in Spot-on Computers in Manchester.

Failing that, try EBay (I hate EBay personally)

Even though I use Ebay quite a bit I hate it and the people behind Ebay are con artists.

First of all Ebay charge you around 2.5% on the final auction price + listing fees usually around £1
Then they have the cheek to use paypal who charge you around another 3% so they charge you both ways in using the same service, we should unite and bomb ebay :D
