Just an idea that came to mind, to post a few links to good tutorials, for anyone to use.
Please do not turn this into a flame war, post links to relevant sites with a short descriptor on what is contained.

Easy and usefull photo manipulation tutorials.

Mainly feature descriptors and usage guides.

Quick and easy to repeat lessons in PS covering some of the more interesting side of things, like how to draw wires and glass.

The name explains it all, but unfortunately not always the case.
