im not a fan of steam or any games that it supports, i used to play cs (/me flees at this point), but now i have stopped, yet failed to uninstall steam (which i'll do this evening)...
but it seems my account has been dormant for 30 days, so Gaby Newell and his army of intelligent workers email me:
Your Steam account, chicane@.*****.com, hasn't logged into Steam in the last 30 days.
As part of our customer service efforts, we're polling inactive accounts to find out why they haven't been used. It could be that you've created multiple accounts, and that you've just been using a new one to login to Steam. In other cases, there is some technical problem that is keeping people from playing, and we're super-interested in finding and fixing those problems.
So I would appreciate it if you would visit the page below and fill out the form.

so i entered this:
poor customer service
lack of customer points of contacts - online (irc)
poor netcode
steam is useless - doesnt always work, fails to update correctly
lack of ability to customize skins in game
poor anti cheating system
dont like the fact that i cannot see what you are installing when steam updates
dont like what you might be uploading from my system
dont trust you to abide by international law in reference to the following UK LAWS: 1) the computer misuse act, 2) the data protection act.
dont like the fact that i have login to play a game
dont trust your systems security to buy games through steam
lack of ability to buy steam games from retail outlets
dont admire this questioning because quite frankly you dont care about the players, if you did halflife 2 would be on the shelves, steam would have been cancelled, WON would have gotten more funding to be better...
dont think you will ever change your ways for the better of the players, if you did you'd probably make even more money
dont envisage you emailing back with your thoughts the future taking into consideration mine and other players comments
At this point i shall stop, as i realise this will probably go un-looked at, like most things, you fail to do anything that benefits the users, the players, the ppl that support you.
For our sakes sort it out.
just so you know (if you dont get it yet) I am an unhappy player, i have now found a better game, its called JointOps, www.jointopsthegame.com - oh and its 150 player maps are like WOW... if you guys ever get that good let me know i might be interested.
Thanks for the complete waste of space that is Steam, im uninstalling it, space free 2gigs :) plenty of room for JointOps.
