i'd let it go for £350 WITHOUT the Microdrive if you were interested.

That is without P&P (you could collect at a LAN)

I would have been very interested if i hadnt just got a spanking deal on a Fuji S7000 6mpixel cam..

Looks like a nice camera, but one thing that struck me from the review is that it said the RAW images are

processed with a 16-bit color depth so that the fine tonal gradations are preserved

Which seems odd to me as 16 bit is quite pants when you come to photographs.

24 Bit is really the minimum, and 32 Bit being the norm on some higher tech hardware....

Whats up with that ?

i think that camera is half price in our new sale [Argos] and its about £300 ? the broadsheets downstairs so i cba to check, but it starts today

argos dont even sell this camera. they sell the dimage z2 for £329.99 tho. which is only a 4 Mpixel camera. with much lower features.

just had a look through the manual and apparently its 16bit per channel which leads to 48bit image whereas you read it as 16bit for the whole image. A regular 24 bit image is only 8bits per channel.

tbh, if you're going to drop the price so much, you might as well Ebay it... theres a few more people on there, and they tend to have a lot more loose cash than a lot of stragglers in this community :)
