The new features update is currently in testing on the test server if anyone wants to try it out (read my sticky).
It will probably go live in a week or so.
Also you may have noticed that the CoH updater comes up again when you leave the game, if you leave it running*, it will download the content for the new patch (~110mb) to give you a headstart when the patch is enabled.

*mine didn't start downloading anything for about 20 mins so just leave it going over night etc.

Oh and if anyone is wondering what else the patch, it's quite funky.

Level cap raised to 50 (so you can take more powers)
Tailor - at 20/30/40 you can complete a quest for the tailor and he will give you a costume slot, you can then change these slots and create yourself a completely new look and change between them at will (note: it costs a LOT of money though).

And lots of other stuff, but most of it is aimed at the 35+ people as at the moment, they have basically nothing.
