Premiere mass move

ok here's what happend


so i had this wedding video, right


and im making it for ages, months in fact ... when like a fool to free up some space at stratlan i deleted a file called "weddingvideocamera1.avi" becuase it was 17GB


i didnt think it was a file in use on the premiere project..


so it's gone


big gaps now appear in premiere saying "media not available"


ok so my plan is to recapture the video and call it the same filename, in the same location


however the timing will be about


is there any way to mass move all the timings/edit points ?
