Ok, due to a small disagreement that sort've started not at all because of dan on IRC infact I don't even know why it ended up with dan =D just good fun I suppose.

Anyhows.. we shall be competing in a to the death decathalon event conspring of the following chosen games.

The games are as follows:
Typing of the Dead - Keyboard
Dance Dance Revolution - DanceMat
UT2K4 - Keyboard + Mouse
ProEvoS3 - Joypad
Virtua Tennis - Keyboard
Toca Race Driver 2 - Keyboard / Joypad (digital)
C&CGZH - Mouse (dhurr)
Pool Paradise - Keyboard/Mouse
OutLaw Golf - Keyboard/Mouse
TrackMania - Keyboard

Those are the games and control methods, more detailed rules will be scoring has yet to be finalised

Anyone who wishes to contribute to ideas for rules is welcome, since i've also not played at least half the games on there I shall require expert training once I have arrived at SL20 (Picture Rocky style competition)

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

You need GPL in there, using a wheel :)

or Race Driver 2 (I refuse to acknowledge the non-existent TOCA license), since that needs a full analogue controller to be really playable, and supports clutches...

Nah, GPL cos its harder :)

We need a racing game that while requires skill and knowledge of racing games, doesn't require weeks of practice (thus GPL is out :P since it would be unfair on dan)

That sounds like a plan!

can you "lend" us two copies to use at the event?

What was the racing game about a while back, used really nice flashy 3d graphics and you were racing stuff ilke dune buggies? (NOT ROLLCAGE)

sounds like this could be a laugh, but are people expected to own copies of all the games or will we just be using pc's that have the games on, cos although i would happily have a try, i only onw a couple of the games.
