Excessive Drinking to be checked

It has been mentioned, by more than one person, that I might be drinking a bit too much alcohol on a more-than-regular basis.

Henceforth, I will be limiting myself to just one glass of wine per night.

Not particular a wine glass hehe but good on you. Many people mentioned to me that I was drinking too much, but due to other medical problems I'm off the booze for six months.

It hasn't half saved me money and made me feel better overall. I went clubbing on friday and only drank coke and water all night, and still had a brilliant night. Shows you don't need to drink loads to enjoy yourself

take your pint glass...

fill it 1/4 with ice.

pour 6 shots of archers into the pint glass.

Top up the glass near the top using EQUAL ammounts of WKD blue, and Smirnof ICE.

Pour in half a shot of Malibu

Add your slice of lemon, and lime to the side of the glass.

Insert a stiring tool, and stir...

now, if you have done this right, before you stir, you should see two colours in the glass, at the bottom, its white, see through, and then goes through an array of blue as it get to the top of the glass.

VERY important you stir it well before drinking it, and about every 10 mins. Use the remainder of the wkdblue and smirnof ice to top up the glass when its getting low

and that, is the magic that is, blue sh*t :)

You need the 4 foot wine glass from the Alternative Gift Company. Fair enough it costs 149 quid but hey its still one glass :D or you could go for the 4 foot beer glass which holds a nice healthy 30 pints :D
