There is a recommended config for PB and CoD over at :

Not sure if the cvars it is looking for are the actual ones; I'm just assuming that the guy who posted this config knows his beans ;)
Obviously just using this config on its own will not work: any server admin will have to cut out the bits they feel would be useful, and merge them into their own server config.
I see this as a good stop-gap until the 'proper' PB updates become available.
