Nope, had my .audio 60s since the beginning of last year. I had the same before that but they only broke because I left them on the floor and someone trod on them.

I have two pairs. A ten-quid Philips pair from Safeway which I've had for about 18 months.

I also have a set of Wireless JVC headphones I've had for about 5 years.

Both sets are fine, and get plenty of useage.

isnt it Platronics headsets that break alot ?

I have a pair of Hercules Headphones I got with my sound card ages ago... audio wise are perfect, physically arent in good shape :P

Yeah, the .audio 90s because of poor design.

My Audio90 headset works fine. I've had it for at least a year, probably more and it still works fine, despite the battering it's received through the months and lan events.

SENNHEISER

Never break and if they do they've got an excelent warranty to back them up.

I used to get through headphones like anything. Then I got my sennies and have had them for over a year and a half now. Surviving many many lans. :)

im onto my second pair of audio 90's, the mic on this one is broke and being held in place with gaffa tape......
the actual speaker unscrewed itself at i19 3 or 4 times, which was another pain in the behind.
Once these go for good (can't be long now) i'll get a sexy expensive pair :)

My plantronic audio 90's died a horrible lingering slow death, which resulted in the right ear not working and the left semi-working some of the time, these were soon replaced with some nice senns :)

you do realise that plantronics don't actually make the headsets and they are just badged up ? :)

Though i do have a pair of Audio 90's my self, 2nd pair in 2 years, and they do come with a year guarentee which is good enough for me,

I am hoping my Sen150's will last as long as my original pair of Sens - I reckon them to be 20 years old - HD40 they are called and still work 100% fine. :)
