Economics is much, *MUCH* more difficult than rocket science - personal finance on the other hand is not ;)

You have no idea how odd it is seeing a thread about your personal finances in the "Top Ten Discussions". :)
There is one simple problem that I have with finance. It sits on my drive and sinks it's teeth in my wallet every time I come near it.

So the badger you ran over finally found a way to get to you? All those no-win no-fee adds I sent him must have worked...

Andy - Fixed the rattles yet? Mine's in the garage getting that suspension fixed Friday, should be good to go (fast).
Ant - If I have my way we shall be instigating an invitation only L33T parking arrangement at StratLAN like there was at Cats (i.e. on the diagonal, extra wide spacing & well away from any footballs). You are welcome to join us. :p:
Bootz - The initial buy in is ludicrously cheap (I know my place) but you have to look out for the nasty penalty clauses in the small print.

heh i can usually be found taking up 2 parking spaces, ppl tend to open doors into my car where ever i park and it really annoys me.
got a load of bits coming from japan to sort my suspension out. it still doesnt handle like i would like it to or for the way i drive :D

The front macpherson strut suspension on GT-Four's is their achilles heel. It's essentially a limited life component that needs doing at about 80000 miles. Shame it's the best part of £900 to fix but there we go, it's probably worth it to be able to go round corners properly again.

Ant - Uprated springs, standard shocks are Ok at the moment. The expensive bits are replacing the arms and bearings of the lower strut assembly. Standard Toyota parts only, but imported for extra cheapness.
Cabe - I know someone that has 80MBS but personally I've always rather fancied R7VTA.
There's a whole world of comedy numbers out there for those fluent in 1337, but it's got to be something you could live with. Someone in my owners club has already got the perfect one for our car (GT-four WRC) i.e. G74WRC he was going to sell it for £3000 but noone wanted to pay that much for it.

RAH, i got my NISMOS plate for nuffink :D Quality ... good old slow me didn't even realise what the plate read at first.
Ant: excellent stuff meeting a fellow s14 owner at that Lan, well played :D
Ryv: rattles I think are mostly sorted. I don't remember off hand. I think at the service they fixed the rattly shelf for me :) De-cat pipe is on, had some issues with a boost pipe coming un-done but all fixed now. Runs very nicely now.. VERY nicely... so nicely in fact I've already started spending on new bits  :p:

Ant: i was dyno'd last month at 248.4 BHP and 222.2 lbft. Not bad for a stock engine. :)
Plus you know I could have both of you with one wheel tied behind my back in the weather we're having at the moment. 4wd rocks your wet and slippery world!
