what are the chances of getting a public server of this game for about 120 ppl?
novaworld do them, but i dont know anything else.
although the prospect of 60vs60 is mightly appealing...

I second this.
Just spent most of Sunday playing the beta on a 120 person server.
WOW
This is a great multiplayer experience
Please host a server
Please...

mmm, zakalwe and I enjoyed this too, although I think the island hopping map is a little bit big.
not the most stable or well-written game though; wonder if that will translate into a bad server too

As far as I can tell Joint-ops mostly simulates getting into a helicopter piloted by a suicidal moron. Over and over again.

No, Jerky, we were unable to get into a copter at the same time. The vehicle camping is worse than BF.
There really should be some sort of off-line proficiency test that you have to take before you can drive vehicles. Like an assault course on each vehicle. Or maybe people with that proficiency in the area can kick out unproficient pilots, that might work better.
We were in an 80 player server yesterday and unless there's an integral bot that the game spawns to help killl off excess players most people piloting the choppers haven't got a clue.

thats what u get when ****ing noobs use the satchel chargers as Tking :(
if they just turned off satchel bombs (which u can do by the way) it would be alot more fun

MUCH* joint ops at StratLAN plz. I haven't had time to play it yet, but Ive seen Silk playing it, and it looks rather nice - could be V good locally when you can set fireteams up, pilots etc. according to skills...

dont know about net code or max limit on players but if u could get it done properly this would go down a storm at i20 with like 100v100 etc

the maps shipped with the game all only really work with 30 or 40 players, might be tricky given the current stratlan turnout...

oh bloody hell, I need a warning before Zak posts so I can make sure I am not currently eating or drinking before reading a post.
Fakking classics. All of them. Little golden gems of comic genius.
