server??

I ordered a clanserver 2 weeks ago (order ref. MH 817) and was told that none would be available untill after i19 - which seemed fair enough. :)
On Monday (08/03/04) I received a phone call saying that the new servers had been delivered, was asked to confirm what OS i wanted and games needed to be installed. The guy (forgive me I cant remember his name) stated that the server would be up by Tuesday, but if it was up by Monday night it would be a bonus. :D
Friday 7:30 am, heard nothing so sent an email to your hosting support asking for any news and got an automated response [multiplay.co.uk #3793]. So far Ive had no reply other than that :(
Please, please, pretty please (with the obligatory standard amounts of cream and sugar) could somebody gimme a clue as to whats happening?

Hi there.

This is what I know.

On Monday I made one of our clan server machines available for conversion to a dedicated server. I'm guessing that this machine was for you as the specs match that of your order.

During the reinstallation of the operating system however, something cropped up. I believe the hard drive died. The machine was brought back to HQ for repair. We fixed, and the machine was taken back to the data center and reinstalled in the rack.

That was Tuesday.

Im not sure what the current status of the server is, but I will find out for you as soon as I can and get back to you.

I suggest we continue this via email as I check that far more often than I am on here.
