We play anything there will be 2 definate game servers which will b CS and Q3 and maybe a COD server. If there is interest in another game a server may also b set-up for that game.

OK i'd just like to add to wot gibby said atm there will defo be servers for :
CS ( i'am currently trying out a LAN version of 1.6)

and we have NFSU working on a LAN also


We also usually have some BF1942, tfc,dod (however these rely on me getting Non Steam Cs working )and theres always C&C games and other strategy ones going on around the hall

Ow ok np,

Sadly my LAN team is around 10 strong with most playing UT2k3. So probably not worth our effort if no one to play against.

yea UT2k3 aint played alot sorry bout that.
you might find a bit more will play when 2k4 comes out

Indeed - its not that it isn’t played a lot, it’s just that your LAN is mainly focused around CS from what I can see.

Question - Is boon still sooo ugly? :p: He once eat an old Geforce at a LAN warfare party and then claimed someone stole it. :D

Anyway - we will see what UT2k4 brings; the idea of destroying a fps with vehicles could be the nail in the coffin for the Unreal series..

Anyways were off to Holland for a LAN this year, if we have any spaces I will make a little post on your forum if that’s all right.

Your numbers should increase also as "Scotlan" have just pulled out of Falkirk. :eek:

I might even try to get some of the UT2k3 Clans to attend to make it fun for us, if so will you provide us with suitable servers? Although i know at least one of them can bring there own if this would be ok?

I have no problem with setting up a few Ut2k3 servers aslong as ppl wil play on them :)

hehe i stuck Uprisinglan on Clanbase database :F now it appears on the calander when every person looks to challange a clan or summin :F

About what you were saying about some games of UT and UT2k3.

I'm well up for a few games of UT and 2k3 any time. I prefer it to quake (Dont kill me quakers, i'll play that 2) ;-) LOL

Myself and a few others would be happy to play so roll on the server moony, cheers.

i would play ut2k3 xcept iv never pld it b4, although i would say cs is played most at uprising 'cos it's played most online? i just hope that cs is version 1.6 as i know that if it's 1.5 then some ppl won't bother coming. anyway cu there :)
