I will be ordering a RVS Clanserver probably over the next day or so.Can you confirm that it would be ready within 24 hours please.

Unfortunately due to the huge demand over the past two weeks for our servers, we've run out of space on our windows boxes. We have new kit being installed next week, so it is likely your server would go up by Friday. If you get your order in now and sort out the payment details, we'll then be able to secure you a space on this new hardware. We're literally being inundated at the moment.

SBS_Snail, have you spoken to us about these issues? Come talk to us on #mpukhosting and we'll attempt to resolve these issues for you. We have just upgraded the connectivity of our RedBus servers to 1gb, but we were barely using half the capacity of our previous 100mb link. It may be routing issues with your ISP, or a possible overloading on the box, however we monitor the usage of each box closely in order to prevent such issues.
We apologise for what you feel is a poor value-for-money service, but these issues are more than likely resolvable.

Thing is Snail,i was goin` to ask you what you thought of the Multiplay Servers.But i didn`t want to bother you after askin for advice before.Which was good advice i hasten to add :D .
Just have to wait and see.Hope you get your issues sorted mate,and i hope we don`t have any with our new server.

Ok I was out of order in making the comments I did, especially in a public forum. I will come into IRC and discuss the issues we have and hope they can be resolved so that we can renew our hosting at the end of the month.

If you don't tell us you are having problems how can we be expected to fix them? When problems like this occur we do everything we can to get to the bottom of them. Don't leave it for a few weeks and your clan to fester with anger, just get in touch with us the FIRST night it happens so we can nip it in the bud.

All WTE are after is a good server, I hope if there are any problems with the service they can be ironed out really quickly.
Game.net were the only service we`ve used that were lagg free....until they found out there jobs were gone, then I think they just gave up,
Uber was good until, I think they got greedy and took to much on, thats when the lagg started.
So basically we are putting you on trial (considering we`ve paid for it already) if its good we`ll renew, if its bad we`ll talk to you first.

I have removed my comments from my first reply as I felt they were unfair and posted in the heat of the moment (must have been time of the month)
What I can say is Multiplay tech people have been very helpful in trying to resolve our problems via mirc so 10/10 for support :)
Apologies to all @ Multiplay if I offended anyone.
