If you have rcon to your own server whether it be MPUK or not..
Theres a new version of HLCRCON out.
I spotted it and downloaded on Call of duty.org (http://www.callofduty.org)
It gives you a full rcon control, via the main menu of cod..
Guns, maps FF, icons..
Works with Pure servers..
