BOB
Axis first, the huge tank orgy, although this time it was considerably smoother than usual (the way Thor likes it) due to Jerky’s hax taking out their entire infantry force. Thor owned the M10 and we were on our way. After a few problems we just legged it i in true MPUK stylee and capped their home base. Everything else was just mopping up and we came away with a 98-0 win.
Allies, the difficult side, and as usual they bust a gut getting over the north bridge. I was late getting there due to my first tank roll ever on BOB, but Thor and Lancer had finished off most of their attacking force and therefore no help was really needed. Jerky cunningly defended the south bridge manfully for most of the round. We gradually got pushed back into a back base hold, where a classic quote was heard:
"Jerky: can someone man the back entrance please?" "Freelancer: Aye I’m coming there already"
Suffice to say the general manlove and leetness showed through and we came away winners of the harder round on this map with a score of 110-60.

El Alamein
Axis first again, and this was a miserable start, especially for my tank column. Death from above was the order of the round, and our airforce struggled a bit, which was either due to lack of warming up or just general ****ness. Either way, we couldn’t dent the four tank thick armour of the north and so Drifting and I headed for a sneaky bastard cap on the East. Lo and behold, nothing there and the tables were turned! Bwahaha! The curse of the skies returned though to beat us back and the round ended with a small defeat to MPUK of 64-26
Allies and our air force were a might pissed off at the juicy ownage they had last round. KSR managed a quick cap on the north and south, with MPUK taking the east. The northbound MPUK tank column was briefly bothered by some buzzing things before HEAD arrive to swat them out of the sky. Concentrated air support on the North allowed the tank column to arrive and accomplish the cap. Thor then donned his sneaky bugger sneakers and roared into the south. We had all three flags! For a little while anyway. A few sneaky KSR caps and jeeps later and MPUK came out convincing winners at 136-0.

Summary:
A ropey start on El let us down but otherwise a solid yet juicy manlovin performance from the team.
