the idea of the special offer is a good one, but i would question whether it encourages the new people to come along. they have to pay the full fare but their mate who has been before gets in for free. i would probably have it so that all three of them get a £10 reduction. it seems fairer to me and might swing it for those (cheapos) who ain't sure about going to lans. collectively they are all saving the £30 which your offer has just now, but i just feel that £20 for the weekend would look better to someone who hasn't been to a lan before and isn't sure if they would like it.
ah well just a thought, and i don't get them too often. ;)
anyhoo, i hope ye gets the 80+ cos it's alot o fun wi many people :)

well if u do bring two new ppl to the lan then u could work it so that u do all pay £20 for example £60 three ways is £20 each. Therefore what u said " i would probably have it so that all three of them get a £10 reduction". is true! :)
