Server Download Rate

I need Help from an :angel: i have got map download going on server but it only goes at 2kb I need it to go about 12 but I aint sure how to accomplish this can any help me :D

I just downloaded the maps from the source instead :)
All the maps and skins I have added to your server are available on our FTP:ftp://ftp.multiplay.co.uk/pub/games/fps/jediacademy/

I guess there must be a rate command, but I dont know what it is.
