Here is a superb way to set up your Player & Server Config files without to much trouble. Both Config Builders are extremely easy to use. Simply go through the form selecting an option for each setting. Then hit the “Get your config “ tab to receive your output.
The Player Config Builder has every option you need to set up CoD to your preference.

Server Config Builder is very good and is the best way to config your server the way you like it. Has options from map rotation to Spam protection.
