Clearly MPUK attendees have a tendency to be less than fit and healthy. Whatcha reckon to a health spa weekend.

Although... an activity weekend would be cool, mountain biking, rock climbing etc.

I've been on a few which combined the whole absailing and rockclimbing malarky. Half the weekend going up, half the weekend coming back down - was most pleasurable. Altho a health spa sounds good too.... mmm
