Customized message on server

We would like to put on our server a customized message to show our website and e-mail. Anybody please explain how to do it

Also some servers use a red banner appearing from time to time with some ad or infor in it. How it can be done?

Then you need to get a hold of the delator creation app. Create your own custom copy of delator containing this message for a repatative message.

For a one off you need to edit the localization.txt file. Find where it says "Press fire to start" and change that. Then zip is up as "global/localization.txt" into a file called zzzzz_localisation.pk3 and upload it to ftp://uploads.multiplay.co.uk/incoming/. Then mail us asking to add it to your server. You should find the localization.txt file in one of the standard MOHAA pk3's.

I've tried to do it but could not connect to the ftp site. do i need a password for uploading? I am using WS_FTP.

What should I do if I want to post a message during the game and run it every 2 min

You use delator for that but I've never used it myself. The FTP site is working fine for me, there's anonymous access to incoming so you should be ok. Maybe it was a temporary glitch.
