No rconpassword set on the server

Using rcon commands on the server I receive message "No rconpassword set on the server" and no command canbe executed. The rcon password we've got never changed.

Have you tried using Clan Forge to change the rcon password?

You could but I've resolved the problem, for one reason or another the required lines in your config file were not there. I've put them back and restarted your server and you should find your rconpassword is working once more.
