custom configs

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to upload custom configs to our mohaa server via clan forge. Really I just wanna change the "press fire to join the battle " message to something more personal to our clan.

Yes you can upload config's.

Just select the Advanced button, then Browse, select the config from your PC, upload it, then Save and restart.

I know how to change the .cfg file but what I need to do is upload a new localization file. I have tried uploading one allready but the server doesn't seem to take any notice of it and all the text remains the same:confused:

All I want to do is change the "press fire to join the battle" message to some thing else. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

You need to update the localization.txt file. Put it in a directory called "global" and zip that directory up. You should end up with a zip file with:

global/localization.txt

in it. Rename this to something like "zzz-user-localization.pk3" and upload it to ftp://uploads.multiplay.co.uk/incoming/. Pop an email to us and we'll create you a custom clan mod which will include this new localization.
