hi all i,m thinking of renting a server and want to know if a public server can be made private for clan matches or do i have to rent 2 servers thanx in advance for any info on this cheers :D :smiliewar

Yes you can run a public server. No you don't need 2 servers (even though i think they'd like that :D )

All you do when wanting to make it private is use the relevant rcon command for MOH:AA or use the Multiplay Server control system known as clanforge, you can change multiple settings there to either set a server password to make it private or change configs.

Use the ClanForge system.

Ask whoever ordered your server for the relevant login details.
Its a web based system, and you can easily add a password to your server and restart it there and then.
