hey go to CoolService (http://www.coolservice.dk) and you can upload .gif .jpg midi .jar (apps) .jad (games) and .sis files to your account from your pc then visit the site via your nokia handset to download from your account free java stuff so to speak

Seriously, if you have the pocket for it, a Sony-Ericsson P800 pisses on most Nokias from a great height. Phone, camera, MP3 player, video player, organiser and PDA all in one. It also has the facility to take up to 128MB Memory sticks.
If you're absolutely set on a Nokia, then I would suggest either the 3650 or 6310i. The 3650 doesn't just take still images, but with the right software can also take mini video clips. The 3650 runs Symbian OS Series 60 and is well supported for 3rd party software. Take a look at http://www.my-symbian.com for a few examples.

I have a 6210e, which was very kindly given to me last year by a friend of mine (who replaces his phone every 3 months) and i have to say, it does the trick for me. It rings people, it texts people, it stores numbers and can hold 5 downloaded ringtones.

I dont want polyphonic tones, colour menus, mp3's, camera attachments and fancy cases. This phone will be with me til it dies.

I didn't get my phone for all the things it can *possibly* do. All I wanted was a phone and PDA. All the rest is a bonus.
And much like your phone Rooth, my phone will be with me till it dies. My old phone is still working after 5 years, so that shows you how I look after my property. :)

My da has had abotu 5 nokias in a row. He got the matrix phone, within 3 days he sent it back and got the colour screen nokia with camera attachment.

My mum started off with a Siemans, thwn had a nokia, now wont look at any other.

I had an Ericsson, then a Siemans, now a nokia and i will get another only if it is much superior, and worth learning. This has radio (8310) but i want one with mp3s. THat is ifi dont get a PDA that can play mp3s (i just generally need something that is portable music, iPod, PDA, or other

batwick ive too had only have nokias (5110, 3210. 7210. 3310. 3330. 3510i) cos they are very simple to use and if you can use one you can use them all i think but would like a diffenet model i think:)

simple to use. makes calls, texts and with bluetooth, it is quite simply awesome.

no need for a camera and most people have one seperate.

on my current contract i pay £2.99 line rental, and pay for ever call / txt, the calls are cheap [if u fone voda / land line] and "reasonable" for cross-networks, i only spend £20 a month TOPS,

but i guess it depends on who u are, when u use ur phone etc

The P810/900 does look quite good in a chunky way. The thing that bothers me is that the flip is non-removable (I guess because it is backlit). I prefer to use my phone in flip-removed mode.

As for those pics Jazza2, the last one shows the configuration page for the camera and it doesn't look any different to the current P800 camera config screen. I suppose that they're using the Symbian/UIQ system once again so that would explain the similarity.
