Thompsons Platinum Service SUX!!!

Right I have just got back from Feurteventura in the Cannary Islands. We used the Thompsons Plantinum Service one of the things this service gives you is that you dont have to wait in the Airport for hours to check your luggage in to get your boarding pass. You give you baggage in at the hotel they give you your boarding pass and you then you can go to the Airport that it later and kinda jump the queues anbd go straight to the departure lounge, and you dont see your luggage again untill back in the UK .... Well im back in the UK been here since the 8th ... my Suitcase and my GFs suitcase nowhere to be seen it never came on the plane

The trouble with this kind of thing is that the holiday company makes all these promises, but it's the same local people that have to do the job. They probably get some pittance for a wage and quite fancied a siesta when they should have been taking your case to the airport. It's easy to make promises when you have complete control over the apartments and hotels which actually have to carry out the work.
