I really can't recommend taking part in an arm wrestling contest for anyone who is not used to this sort of thing.

As a member of EED, I've seen two of my clan lose the use of their right arm for quite some time. TheLurker broke his arm in 2 places, and it required setting twice, very painfully, and just a few weeks before that, Skeeve ended up with his arm in plaster for 4 months, having twisted and broken his humerous in what one of the doctors described as one of the worst breaks he'd ever seen. Skeeve has only just started using a mouse again, 5 months later.

Thats the point http://www.multiplay.org/ubb/smile.gif - neither Lurks nor Skeeve is a body builder, but you can quite easily break an arm when pressure is applied to the elbow, and it has non standard forces applied to it (moments) about the elbow.
