For the second night running we have peaked at over 10,000 concurrent users on Multiplay's online gaming servers! Last night saw us hit 10,613 at the height of the evening and tonight is looking similar.
The 10k milestone sees us firmly established as Europe's largest independent online gaming provider, running in excess of 670 servers over 45 different games. Things have certainly come a long way since we launched our online service back in December of 2002!
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal customers and supporters who have been with us along the way. This is truly tremendous growth and we know we couldn't do it without the excellent userbase that we have!
Not ones to sit still, we have plans to further expand our online operations across Europe whilst also opening up new services to our loyal customer base in the UK. With Multiplay recently becoming our own ISP, we shall shortly be offering broadband connections to give optimal connectivity to our game servers. It's our mission to provide quality gaming with customer service and support that our customers can be proud of. We certainly won't be shying from this commitment!
Here's to the next 3 years. I wonder where they will take us! :)
