Server payments...problem

-=|ITN|=- have decided to order a clanserver with Multiplay, but we are having one big problem:payment. What ways are there in which people can walk round to their corner shop with a card, put however much on it, and then transfer it to somebody elses card, and then this "somebody else" cash it into the bank? The person who is due to order the server doesn't want a card that he can use on certain websites to order stuff, he wants it so people can transfer money and he can pay it into his bank/cash it so he pays the money for the server, and takes away what others have paid him for his personal use.

The way my clan worked it is...

One person creates a bank account, this being me in this occasion, i then post Bank details on forums.

Each member makes a standing order or however he / she sees fit of the set amount.

When Wizzo asks for payment i give him the Card number i got with account.

Hopefully all totals tally.

ok so maby this is a bit late in reply, but theres always splashplastic which is free, however I dont think mulitplay is currentaly registerd with splashplastic at the moment.

Am i right?

Ok thanks for your replies.
Talking to the "paying" members more "in-depth", I've discovered most of them can transfer money to a different bank user/account holder. I'm presuming the money will be transferred soon, but the person due to pay has had a minor "rift" with me.
