Well? Is it dead or is there just not much to talk about in the field? I know lots of people who stopped doing seti, I never personally got into United Devices so don't know how thats going.

UD is deffo still going, due to the utter lack of impact to the OS that it provides, "it just works in the background" means that people dont think about it.

Seti, its still there but its fallen outta the lime light.

I'm still really pissed off with UD, the least they could do is write a unix client - i mean, it can't be that hard to drop the graphical bits and recompile for *nix, can it?

I've got a few boxes at home and at work, and they all run SETI, purely for this reason - i hate having idle CPU on really low use boxes, but with no UD client, i have little choice :/

Hopefully, now that ive got my Dual 2.4gig xeon up and running, i`ll be able to own Wizzo off the top spot for the MPUK ratings :D
