Getting started is a big fat pain in the rear end, i know... so im just gonna pass on a couple of helpful bits that may help - tho i am far from riding upon the back of a shiny titan, drowning the radio screams of my victims with nomad weapon fire ( breif pause) sigh.
Anyhow.....
Money builder - do a couple of missions to get yourself a wee rhino freighter from manhatten, then head straight for the battleship masouri (however its spelt). they willl sell you h fuel at a fairish price - you then take that whole payload over to westpoint academy - 1 tradelane away, and bingo, you'll get round 5k profit margin.
( lil later on - dublin system in bretonia space has a gold asteroid field - mine it with a freighter, and when the corsairs come to kill you - duck over to the nearby battleship, they'll protect you ;o) - and 100% profit on gold too - yummy )
