We've now started the seating process for i24, and Revision 1 of the <a href="http://www.multiplay.co.uk/seatplan.asp?eventid=57">seating plan</a> is now online!

Each i-series we go through a seating plan in which we allocate the seating at the event for all those bringing PCs. In this way we get people sat next to each other in the same clans and also of similar gaming tastes. When you sign up to the event and select your game area, you know that you are going to be sat next to people who also selected this. We believe it's worth the effort, as being sat near to people all into the same game(s) as you really does make for an excellent event.

Only paid participants go onto the plan. Spectators don't have allocated seating out in the gaming areas. Once you've paid for your place, you'll be added in the next update. We aim for a revision once every couple of days, or more frequently if we get chance. It's a very laborious and time-intensive process, but we think it's worth it!

If you've paid for your participant place at i24, you can now send in any seating requests you might have. Please note that we cannot accept any requests from or for anyone that has yet to pay for their place at the event. We also cannot take requests for specific seats, as we often have to shuffle game areas around the venue in order to get everyone sat together. We're more than happy to try our best to get clans and friends sat together though.

When emailing in requests please give as much information as possible so we can process your request quickly. Information such as booking reference numbers and full real names can be extremely helpful. The email address to send your requests into is <a href="mailto:seating@multiplay.co.uk">seating@multiplay.co.uk</a>.

Clans need only ensure all their members are in the same game area and bear identical clan tags on the attendance list. When going through the plan we allocate people based on these first, so people with the same clan tag in the same area will automatically be sat next to one another.

Not long to go now until i24, if you have <a href="http://www.multiplay.co.uk/signuppage3.asp?event=57">signed up</a> yet, what are you waiting for? If you have done, you won't appear on the seating plan until you have paid (either <a href="https://www.multiplay.co.uk/m_eventpayments.asp">online</a> or by phoning the office on 023 8024 3137).
