Damn CD KEY

Well after playing in the beta for over a month i decided to order planetside form amazon uk, it came today.

I installed logged in, and tried to subscribe, but lo and behold my key is already subscribed, so whats going on? amazon have given me a used cd key?

Do you think they'll send me another one if i email? or will i have to send the whole game back?(where apon i'm sure they'll just repackage it and sell it to someone else)

Or should i skip amazon and go staright to ubi?

i'd recommend going straight to the publisher, since i had a similar problem when i bought Tribes2, the shop where i bought it didn't want to do much about it.

After contacting and proving that i had purchased the game the publishers banned my old key and gave me a new one.

i have heard many people talking of this in #planetside and the general consensus is to contact Ubi...

Though they messed it up majorly ive heard, yours is not an isolated case:)
