View Full Version : Best lvl 5 and 6 weaps?

I'm looking to loadout a Drake to try the Light Fighter way of things for a bit of a change, anyone know the best lvl 5 and lvl 6 weaps to put on it? I need damage and shot velocity more than refire rate or range. Plus something best suited to attacking those lvl 10 Positron shields you are all so fond of :) Also if you know of the best LF shield ( think it mounts a lvl 6 possibly 5 ) that'd be handy too.

TBH i don't think a loadout of level 5/6 weaps are gonna do a lot to our level 10 sheilds, well they may get a hit in before you explode from the level 9/10 weaps we carry ;) hehe

even if you did get a shot off it'd hardly scratch our lvl 10 sheilds.

i let simple shoot me for ages with his basic weapons and he thought he was doing damage till i took him out with 1 shot.

Lol yeah, i had to sit and wait for over 5 mins for the whole of liberty police/navy/bounties to kill me! i just sat there and my sheilds kept regenerating hehe

just wondering if the increased manouverability and more concentrated firing arc would be any advantage...

Yep your lvl 10 weaps can take me out in one shot ( if at least 3 of your salvo hits, so usually takes two shots) but the only way you get that shot is if I balls up. And, no thanks to anyone who posted here, I found I could load up my Drake with enuf punch to get thru lvl 10 shields. Against a live player, who was actively trying to paste me with 2 Diamondbacks, 3 Nomad Cannons and other tasty goodies, was a good fight and he got me in the end, after all his shield batts were used. If I see you about I'll be most happy to demonstrate, because frankly cocky statistics enthusiasts who can't fly frankly deserve what they get.

I quite liked your Eagle actually. No.... must....resist.....buying... vh fighters. Maybe I'll go buy a humpback, they're pretty manoeuverable no?

Where can i buy either a Kraken Type 2 or a Skyblast B?

Just wonder if anyone knows rater than me having to fly around every outcast and GMG base to find them.

You can get Skyblast B's at the arg i can't remember, in Sigma 13, a miner there, begins with H, i have 2 on me if you wanna buy them if i'm nearer though :)

well i cant be bother to go get them (also caus of lack of cash) so if anyone has either a Kraken Type 2 or a Skyblast B they dont want and are willing to give for free (or a lil money) then i'd be glad to take them off your hands.

oh yeah also looking for a CEREBUS or DIAMONDBACK if anyone has any going free ;)
