as of 11:15am is the server down or could there be sommat at my end???

i can conect to all other servers but the mp.uk one refuses to show :(

Im guessing the server is at Stratlan this weekend.. So yes it will be down all weekend..

It will return later on next week.

What makes you think we would take the online server down just because we have a LAN at the weekend? We do have quite an online community so to do so would be a bit **** really now wouldn't it :)

Unfortunately, even when running FLAdmin which autorestarts the server on crash, occasionally the bloody shoddy piece of code that is the Freelancer server manages to get itself completely screwed now and then. I've now forcibly restarted it so it should be ok now. Microsoft really need to sort it out with this program... 100% CPU on a P4 2.53 with only 20 people in? WTF?

Perhaps its a ploy by Microsoft to make you upgrade to Windows Server 2003? :)
