Placement of machines and Friends....?

Because our events are so big and involve so many people, picking any old desk when you turn up is not really an option, so seating is designated beforehand. However, we don't know that Jonny is in love with Sandy and so they get a bit upset when we don't sit them next to each other. Thus the seating plan requests system was set up.

To request a seat you need to send an e-mail to <b><a href="mailto:seating@multiplay.co.uk">seating@multiplay.co.uk</a></b> and include the following:

<li>Your full name
<li>Your nickname
<li>Your i24 booking reference</i>
<li>The name of the clan and/or nickname + name of the person that you want to sit next to
</ul>

Please write all this information clearly at the top of the body of the e-mail and then any comments or special needs after this.

We probably won't reply to you but keep your eye on the announcements section on the front page as we'll be posting regular revisions. Should your request not appear after 2 revisions you may resend your request.
