whys everyone, and i mean like MANY people are going tr ... why ?? i can see some of the attraction but i cant see why this many people are going for them, i tried them out at one point and when i was playing it was -2% xp which admittedly isnt much but it shows that theres a huge difference between populations :/

from what i can tell:
Defense = tr
Skirmish = vs
OP Assault = nc

but i cant imagine the general population thinking through the abilities and pro's / cons for the empires to come to that conclusion ??

On Emerald the other night it was pretty balanced:

TR 33%
NC 34%
VS 33%

Seems OK to me.

Because naturally it's red, has cooler looking machine guns, and overall looks better at first glance, which is what everyone has to begin with. (Plus a few gaming community fan sites started up TR clans)

And yes I'm talking the view of the general population ;)

well, ive been playing on emerald most of the time, and it was on there that tr had a large proportion of players. but anyway, thats what i saw and i can tell ya the [you gained 265 experience (due to your empires population there is a -2% gain)] got very annoying, many spam :/
